2.1 Apartment Purchase Legal Services

These services include consultations, contract review, negotiation support, due diligence, and representation before relevant authorities. Booking a service reserves our time and expertise for your case.

Non-Refundable Clause: If our team has commenced work in your matter, such as filing documents or scheduling hearings, the related fees become non-refundable due to resource commitment. You may transfer a booked service to another date or to another individual by contacting us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session.

2.2 Information Products

Our information products consist of digital guides, checklists, templates, and pre-recorded webinars designed to support your apartment purchase process.

Refund Eligibility: You may request a full refund for an information product within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded more than 20% of the content. Refund requests beyond this period or after significant content access will not be granted.

2.3 Goods

Physical goods include printed manuals, document kits, and promotional materials.

Return Policy: You may return unopened and sealed goods within 30 days for a refund, excluding shipping costs. Returned items must be in original condition. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 10 business days using the original settlement channel. For service transfers, we apply your fee to the new booking without additional charges. Returned goods are refunded following inspection. Information product refunds occur immediately after verification of usage limits.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AptJuris will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our offerings.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Zürich, Switzerland.
